WILLIAM (BILL) G. SCOTT Passed away in Denver on April 24, 2013 leaving his wife of 44 years, Roseanne, two sons and two grandchildren. Bill was born on December 7, 1943 in Syracuse, NY and earned an AAS degree in Civil Technology. Before coming to Hawaii, Bill was the President and COO of Green Construction Company. Bill has completed projects in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Columbia, Mexico, Kuwait, Egypt, Iraq, Guyana and Cairo. In Hawaii, Bill worked as the Senior Program Director with Parsons on Forest City Military Communities; HMC, Catlin, Ford Island, Camp Smith, Makalapa and Mololani. Bill will be remembered as a dedicated construction personality who gave and got extra effort from his team. He will be greatly missed.
