72Helen Ayame Hirata, 93, of Honolulu, a retired Royal Trading Co. packer, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Howard K., daughters Janet S. Pentz and Patricia R. Hirata, brothers Kenji and Thomas Sumida, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Private services.
