GINGER CHIEKO SHINNO MATSUOKA
GINGER CHIEKO SHINNO MATSUOKA Of Kailua-Kona, HI, passed away peacefully on May 1st at Ewa's Saint Francis Hospice. Ginger was 53, a happy homemaker who loved living in Kailua-Kona. Before moving from Honolulu, she graduated from Pearl City High School and UH with a degree in accounting. She leaves her parents Shigeru and Natsuko Shinno; "The Love of her Life" Danny Matsuoka; sisters, Karen (Gary) Fortney; Shirley (Guy) Hirata; Diane (Burt) Suenishi; niece Joni Sasaki; nephew Ryan Sasaki, uncles, aunties and cousins. Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 8th at Manoa Grand Ballroom at Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, 2454 S. Beretania St., 5th floor in the Moiliili Room. Visitation 10- 11am, remembrance and buffet lunch to follow. Casual attire. No flowers please.
