76Rockne Michael Garvin, 54, of Kapolei, a carpenter, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. He was born in Toledo, Ohio. He is survived by wife Mary L., daughters Malia O. and Roxanna O., brother Brian and sisters Kim White, Kelly Garvin, Shannon Steckbeck and Tiffin Perkins. Services: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Rainbow Bay Marina, Cabana A, by the Arizona Memorial. Casual attire. No flowers.
