71Herbert Akira Koyanagi, 96, of Honolulu, a retired Oahu Transit Services bus driver, died in Hono-lulu. He was born in Kapulena, Hawaii. He is survived by son Alvin J., daughter Harriet A. Wong, brother Masato, sister Toshiko Miyaguchi, caregiver Marietta Papa, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
