Richard Takashi "Taka" Fukumoto, 83, of Honolulu, a former Lewers & Cooke salesman and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Wayne H. and Glenn T. Fujieki, daughter Gayle S. Thomas, brother Kazuo, sister Emiko Kimura and six grandchildren. Private services.
