78Michael Tetsuo Tsukayama, 66, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Human Services social worker, died in Pohai Malama. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Mina, daughter Ivy Ramboyon, brothers Richard and Alvin, sister Charlene and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 11 a.m. Urn burial: 9 a.m. Monday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
