Felix Castro Eleccion, 88, of Waipahu, a retired Ono Construction Co. mason, died in Waipahu. He was born in San Esteban, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Salome "Mameng"; son Bobby; daughters Tricia, Theda, Edwina, Alyson and Geneve; brothers Macario and Manolo; sisters Olympia Elaydo and Citas Eala; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
