74John Yasumitsu Iwane, 96, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a retired county agent for the University of Hawaii Cooperative Extension Service, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by sons Robert and Robin, brothers Jitsuo and Harold, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. July 13 at Christ Church Episcopal, Kealakekua. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
