He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.He is survived by son Marny; daughters Caroline Gabat, Dr. Corazon C. Hobbs-Oshiro, Dolores Kropik and Eloise Balais; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.
