71Douglas Stephen "Doug" Strom, 71, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a tropical fruit farmer and land developer, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by companion Jo Ann Hiroshige, hanai sons Kenji and Lonnie Nulman, hanai daughter Sharon Akamu, brother Greg, sister Donnie Blackburn and three hanai grandchildren. No services.
