80Russel L. "Lukela" David Sr., 81, of Hookena, Hawaii, a retired bus driver for the Navy Public Works Center at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Hookena. He is survived by sons Russel L. Jr. and Freeman J., daughters Sheila D. David and Shirley Ann Abad, sister Primrose Medeiros, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
