Phillip W. "Phil" Sterker, 86, of Kalaheo, Hawaii, a retired contractor and rancher and an Army Air Corps veteran who served in World War II, died in Garden Isle Care Center. He was born in Evanston, Ill. He is survived by wife Sandi; sons Phillip M. Sterker and Dane Kilstrup; daughters Pat Colman, Kathy Manyik and Chris Anderson; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services pending. No flowers. Donations suggested to Lions Club International and International Hearing Dog Inc.
