80Toyoko "Toy"Nisley, 86, of Kailua, a retired Natsunoya Tea House kitchen helper, died in Kailua. She was born in Osaka, Japan. She is survived by two grandchildren. Graveside services:3 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
