James Yuen, 82, of Sussex, Wis., an electronics engineer and an Army veteran, died in Sussex. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Joan K.; son Stewart; daughter Lisa Wipper; sisters Florence Parelius, Ethel Akana and Helen Naki; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services to be held in Wisconsin. No flowers. Donations suggested to Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belford Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
