81Russel "Lukela" David Sr., 81, of Hookena, Hawaii, a retired Navy Public Works Center bus driver at Ford Island, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Hookena. He is survived by sons Russel II and Freeman, daughters Sheila David and Shirley Ann Abad, sister Primrose Medeiros, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Benedict's Catholic Church, Honaunau, Hawaii. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Keei Saints Family Cemetery. Casual attire.
