76Benjamin Quan Yow Cheong, 91, of Honolulu, an Aina Haina King Do Chop Suey owner and chef for Top of Waikiki, Waikiki Business Plaza Chinese Kitchen and Oceania Restaurant, died in Honolulu. He was born in Canton, China. He is survived by wife Ana L. Cheong; sons Carlos Lam and Hausen and Carlson Cheong; and three grandchildren. No services.
