74Cynthia Lois Higa "Cindy" Baptista, 56, of Sacramento, Calif., died in Sacramento. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by Telagio "Ted" Baptista, brothers Clyde and Scott Higa, and sisters Charlene Higa, Carolyn Roscoe and Mae Mamiya. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel.
