73David Hampton Johnston, 76, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., a retiree, died in Fort Lauderdale. He was born in Montclair, N.J. He is survived by wife Linda S.; son Martin P.; daughter Julie J. Burtech; sister Diane J. Paton; half-brothers Stanton and Donald; former wife Judy P. Cochran; and four grandchildren. Services to be held in California and Kentucky. No flowers.
