Phillip W. "Phil" Sterker, 86, of Kalaheo, Kauai, an Army Air Corps veteran who served in World War II and a retired contractor, died in Garden Isle Health Care. He was born in Evanston, Ill. He is survived by wife Sandi; sons Mike Sterker and Dane Kilstrup; daughters Pat Colman, Kathy Manyik and Chris Anderson; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to Lions Club International Foundation.
