80Alfredo Saldua "Fred" Cabral, 74, of Waipahu, a retired maintenance employee for Discovery Bay Hotels and Condominiums, died in Aiea. He was born in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Cecilia V., son Arnold V., daughter Cynthia C. Coloma, brother Frankie S. Jr. and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. No flowers.
