Ernest Nalani "Juggie" Heen Jr., 82, of Honolulu, a land development consultant and former state representative, and an Air Force veteran, will be remembered in services 9 a.m. Aug. 8 at Oahu Cemetery & Crematory. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Temujine, Tai Chung, Pono and Ainoa; daughter Tandra; brother Walter; sister Marion Shim; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
