75Ellen Fumiko Izumi Haseyama, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Kaiser Hospital dietary cook, died in Care Center of Honolulu. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by daughters Joyce Y. Lai, Joanne M. and Wendy M. Haseyama, and Frances T. Goo; brother Rikio Izumi; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
