Loreto Cateel Sr., 82, of Aiea, a retired U.S. Postal Service clerk and an Army veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Pamela; sons Loreto Jr. and Steven; daughters Valerie Vegas and Jacqueline Hada; brother William; sisters Lourdes Gonzales, Ruth Thomas and Alice Ramos; and five grandchildren.
