73Richard Matthew Cho Savilla, 76, of Waianae, a retired Hawaiian Reinforcing steel worker, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Roxanne A.; hanai son Terry-Allen K.A. Brown; hanai daughter Leinani Salausa; brother Milton Mendoza; sisters Sonia Leonard, Ding Kennedy and Lei Otani; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Aug. 17 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Makakilo ward. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
