74Patricia Jean Snyder, 71, of Honolulu, a social services division administrator for the state Department of Human Services, died in Honolulu. She was born in Oakland, Calif. She is survived by daughters Kimberly "Asha" and Ana Maria, and sister Joan. Services: 11 a.m. Aug. 10 at Holy Nativity Episcopal Church. Inurnment: noon at the church.
