Clyde Mueller Fulkerson, 92, of Kailua, a retired Navy chief petty officer, died in Kailua. He was born in Sweet Spring, Mo. He is survived by daughter Gail Carie-Fenton, stepson William Stull, stepdaughters Virginia Ann Johnson and Barbara Flynn, brother Bob, sister Betty Ann, nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
