83Rose Ilac Meyer, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Hilo Hattie sales associate, died in Honolulu. She was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. She is survived by son Kohry L. Mulkey, daughter Regina Jean Mulkey and sister Angelina Kay Acoba. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
