74Fely "Pelagia" Ednilao, 71, of Pearl City died in Pearl City. She was born in Barbar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Armando; sons Steven and Robert; daughters Editha Domingo and Kathy Cavaco; brothers Maximino L. and Melecio Valera; sisters Visitacion V. Bautista, Norma V. Rosaro, Paula Valera, Jacinta V. Mabini and Nemesia V. Corpuz; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary.
