71Frederick T.A. Miggins Sr., 84, of Aiea, a GTE Hawaiian Tel marketing consultant, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Alice T.; sons Frederick T.A. Jr., Bertram M. and Paul A.; daughters Patricia A. Tanaka and Iris M. White; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 99-312 Moanalua Road, Aiea. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
