Robert Kiyoshi Fukuda, 91, of Honolulu, a former U.S. attorney for Hawaii, manager of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for Hawaii and Guam, and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the Military Intelligence Service, will be remembered in services 5 p.m. Sunday at Harris United Methodist Church. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Sylvia F. Tsang and Anna K. Arii, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday. Casual attire.
