Dorothy Riggins Garcia, 93, of Kailua-Kona, a Women's Army Corps veteran who served in World War II and a homemaker, died. She was born in Hampton, Iowa. She is survived by husband Leandro "Leo," daughter Kim and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No services.
