72George Thomas Hagen III, 64, of Kaneohe, a retired Bank of Hawaii executive, died in Honolulu. He was born in St. Louis. He is survived by wife Jamylani M., sons Christopher and Michael Blake, daughters Holly and Samantha, mother Helen Ruth, sister Patricia Ann and two grandchildren. No services. Donations suggested to St. Francis Hospice at the Sister Maureen Keleher Center, 24 Puiwa Road, Honolulu, HI 96817.
