72Denis Chock Han Kam, 77, of Honolulu, a Bank of Hawaii senior vice president and Hawaii National Bank retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Kendrick and Karlton, daughters Karen Cleage and Kathy Benanua, brother Calvin, sisters Kay Ching and Shirley Chung, and three grandchildren. Inurnment: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
