74Jessie Hatsue Mizuno, 88, of Honolulu, a Japanese dance instructor, died at home. She was born in Waialua. She is survived by sons Scott K. Takiguchi, and John M. and Dean H. Mizuno; daughters Susan S. Caswell and Rayna M. Jenks; sisters Jane T. Matoi and Elsie S. Iwasaki; and three grandchildren. Private services.
