81Helene Emiko Okamoto, 95, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Michael and Steve; daughter Christine Kawada-Parker; brothers Stanley, Charles and Tetsuro Ushijima; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
