71Helen Harue Takenouchi, 92, of Pearl City, a retired Select Underwriters insurance adjuster, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Sheila Fukuda, brother Roy Uyeda and three grandchildren. Private services.
