Michael Owen Mullikin, 70, of Kaneohe, a retired Army colonel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Salem, Ore. He is survived by wife Linka C. and sister Carolyn Lebsack. Services: 10 a.m. Aug. 24 at Calvary Episcopal Church, 45-435 Aumoku St., Kaneohe. Inurnment: 10 a.m. Aug. 26 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
