72Mildred Ann Cruz, 71, of Las Vegas, a federal government administrative assistant, died in Las Vegas. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Ferlyne Yap and Millicent and Nicole Cruz; brothers Bobby and Joe Santana; sisters Jeannette Freitas, Nikki Merriett and Natalie "Cookie" Santana; and five grandchildren.
