DAVID SEIGO YAMASHIRO David Seigo Yamashiro, age 83, of Kaneohe, HI, passed away July 21, 2013 at Tripler Army Medical Center. Born in Makaweli, Kauai and graduated from Waimea High School. David proudly served in the United States Army and Air Force (retired). He is survived by his wife Momoye; daughter Lyris (John) Kaneshiro; son Daniel (Cindi) Yamashiro; grandchildren: Derrick, Biena and Damian Kaneshiro, Dane and David Yamashiro; great grandson Baron Kaneshiro- Hanzawa; sisters Chikako Yamashiro, Haruno Souza, Margaret Oshiro, Sueno Honma, Dora (Sutemi) Yamamoto, Rachael Yamashiro and Marjorie (George) Honjiyo; and sister-in-law June Yamashiro. Memorial Service: 11:00 am, Saturday, August 31 at Borthwick Mortuary. Visitation: 9:30 am. Additional parking available at Kukui Plaza. Casual attire/no flowers please. Burial: 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 3 at Kaneohe Veterans Cemetery.
