CHRISTINE YAEKO ISHIGAMI KOMORI At the age of 86, “NANA” peacefully started her journey to eternal life on August 20, 2013 in the comfort of her home holding the hand of her “sweetheart of 64 years” as he read her the final chapter of Sutras. She was born on September 10, 1926 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Secretary of Buster’s Repair Services, Inc. and a member of the Soto Mission of Hawaii. She is survived by husband, Buster M. Komori, daughters, Leslie M. Silva, Charlene (G. Andy) Dunlap, sons, Jared (Pattie) Komori, David (Linda) Komori. Seven grand-children, Ryane Doi, Lyndi Doi, Lance (Erin) Komori, Aaron (Saya) Komori, Kristie (Alf) Dela Vega, Allen Komori, and Lauren Komori. Four great-grand-children, Riley Doi, Mackenzie Doi, Kaleb Komori, and Leah Komori. Hanai great grandchild, Mycah Lee. Sister, Mrs. Yoshiko Sato. Goddaughter, Jennie Tamashiro. Nana’s life will be celebrated on Monday, September 2, 2013 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary Visitation starts at 4:00 p.m. Service at 5:00 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
