76Andrew Lawrence Johnson, 45, of Mililani, died in Honolulu. He was born in Attleboro, Mass. He is survived by wife Se Kyong; son Andrew L. "A.J." Jr.; daughters Hannah C. and Joanna A.; mother Jean H. Campbell; brother Michael Knapton; and sisters Kathleen Fish, Victoria Wolf, Nancy Knapton and Mary Garner. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Chapel of Honolulu, Aiea. Services: 11 a.m.
