72Carol Ann Silva, 63, of Kailua-Kona, a retired state Department of Human Services secretary, died at home. She was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Chucky Denis, Kenneth A. Victor, Keola Tokuhisa Jr. and Kalau Silva; daughters Debbie Kama, Sandy Toilolo, Bernie Wilbur, Vicky Denis-Silva, Kristie Suan, Kehaulani Grace and Kassi Tokuhisa; father Frank; 32 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
