77Elmer Seiji Murata, 78, of Lihue, a K. Shioi Construction vice president, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Honouliuli. He is survived by wife Marjorie; sons Darren and Jay; daughter Twila M. Koch; sisters Laura Takeda, Eunice Kaneshiro and Winifred Abe; and eight grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
