75Carol Loraine Neilson, 84, of Kailua-Kona, a certified nurse aide, charter boat captain and Kenai River guide, died. She was born in Iowa. She is survived by sons Steven and Kip Taylor, daughter Christy Taylor, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services: 3 p.m. Sept. 28 at The Point at Honokohau.
