74Pamela Susan Fong, 63, of Sunnyvale, Calif., died in Santa Clara, Calif. She was born in Boston. She is survived by brothers David L. and Walter E., and sister Jan Miller. Private scattering of ashes. No flowers. Donations suggested to the Hawaiian Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
