Wayne Seichi Matsumoto, 65, of Mililani, a retired Verizon cable installer and an Air Force veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Myra; daughter Wendy Wagai; brothers Kenneth Jr., Lester and Neal; and a grandchild. Private services.
