CECILIA V. SILVA Cecilia V. Silva passed away peacefully on August 27th 2013. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and sacrificed all her life for her loved ones. She is survived by her sons Joseph and Daniel; her daughters, JoAnn and Laura; her sisters Germaine, Mary and her brother Jim; eight grandchildren and a great granddaughter. She is deeply loved and will be forever remembered in our hearts as our silent strength that held our family together. Private services.
