80Judith Kimie Tsutsui, 83, of Ewa Beach, a clerk, died in Honolulu. She was born in Lahaina, Maui. She is survived by husband Hidemi; daughters Jeanne Keuma, Julie Tsutsui and Jodene Arakaki; brothers Hiroshi and Seie Chinen; sisters Fusako Chinen, Mitzi Yoshimoto and Nancy Okuda; and five grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Kalihi Union Church, 2214 N. King St. Aloha attire. No flowers.
