76Leilehua Vivencia Racelis Galvez, 90, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a homemaker and retired secretary for the government and Department of Education in Guam, died at home. She was born in Waialua. She is survived by sons David and Dani, daughters Debra Morrison and Diane Bobek, hanai daughter Michiko Tarumi, brothers Redro Jr. and Ben Racelis, sister Aloha Carvalho, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
